Final Grade Landscapings main focus is final grading, sod installation and lawn replacement.  Other services available with your topsoil and sod project include, decorative edging, decorative ground cover, planting, raised planters, paving stone and fencing.  Basic landscaping packages available for new homes.

Final Grades

Final Grade Landscaping guarantees your final grade to pass city inspection.  If there are any deficiencies with work completed by Final Grade Landscaping, they will be fixed promptly with no additional costs to you.   All final grades include; Supply and spread screened topsoil, complete compaction, final rake after compaction and final grade certificate.  For more information on the final grading process, click here.

Final Grade Landscaping will supply and install beautiful lush sod.

Lawn Replacement

Do you feel like mowing your lawn is giving you carpal tunnel syndrome?  Do you look at your front lawn and feel embarrassed or wish it wasn't mostly quack grass?  Imagine mowing a smooth level lawn and walking bare foot on new lush sod.  Depending on the job a front lawn can be replaced in a day.  You can watch your old lawn being trucked away in the morning and be looking at your new lawn by the end of the day.

Decorative Edging, Ground Cover and planting

Final Grade Landscaping will be more than happy to install commercial grade pvc edging or brick edging, a variety of rock and mulch products and plant any trees and shrubs you require or desire as part of your topsoil and sod project.

Fencing

With many fencing jobs completed over the years, we will build the fence you need, a grade above the rest.  Fencing must be part of a complete landscaping project.
